Welcome to Chemii-Synth®, a leading manufacturing unit based in West Bengal that produces eco-friendly and biodegradable cleansing products. The company was established as a cottage industry in 1977 by Lt. H. N. Ghosal, a visionary and Chartered Engineer who had a passion for social service.
Our manufacturing processes are conventional and labor-oriented, without the use of power machinery and equipment, except for small and simple manual tools. The advantage of this approach is low fixed overheads and a small but permanent workforce. Our technicians, who are trained in-house, take care of the routine workload, while research and development activities are managed by experts.
All of our products are eco-friendly and biodegradable, which means that no toxic elements get released into the environment. Our non-polluting unit keeps the neighbourhood happy and surrounded by a lush green atmosphere. We are a registered SSI unit that holds a valid municipal license for manufacturing activity, commercial tax registration, income tax registration, and is also registered with D.G.F.T.
We cater to the needs of various industries such as the hospital, travel, hospitality industry, and corporate users. Some of the most renowned establishments in the country are appreciative of the product quality and are regular buyers, including Indian Railways. Several products have been tested by various testing laboratories, including those of national importance, and they have been found to be at par with the required standards.
Our pricing is competitive due to low overheads and conventional manual processing. We have our own delivery vehicles and staff, ensuring that customer service is well taken care of. Procurement is also conveniently managed, and supply chains are in place with a standardized procurement arrangement that is functional. Testing of every production batch is done to ensure consistent product quality, and upon buyers' request, testing can also be organized by external agencies. However, the firm assumes full responsibility for the products it puts up on sale.
